The hotel is ideally located for tourists, with easy access to the fantastic Museum of Civilizations and other historical attractions. It is also conveniently situated near a variety of restaurants and the main shops in the area. The rooms are clean and spacious, with good facilities including a modern bathroom. The staff are very helpful and provide excellent service. The breakfast is of a high standard, offering a wide variety of choices. the hotel provides a great experience for budget travelers.
The WiFi connection is not stable, causing frequent connection problems.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was great, with plenty of restaurants nearby and close to the old area of the city. I loved how it was near the citadel, great for easy exploration of the historical sites. The breakfast was amazing, with choices and high-quality food. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the center of the city. The location was perfect for my holiday, with easy access to the fantastic Museum of Civilisations and other historical attractions. The staff were extremely helpful and the service was excellent. The rooms were in like "brand new" condition, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast offered a great variety of options to start the day.
The only thing I wish could be improved is the lack of a mini fridge in the rooms to store drinks.

The location of Grand Sera Hotel is excellent, with shops, restaurants, and tourist areas nearby. The staff is friendly and the view from the room is lovely. The facilities in the room and throughout the hotel are adequate.
